Claire is trying to add as much detail in her homework. She still needs to continue to reread all questions and make sure she understands the assignment and what is being asked. Her grades haven't yet improved overall but she is satisfied with her mission 4 grade.

Which of the steps in your action plan have you been doing? Which ones haven’t you been doing? Why? I have been taking notes on definitions and other material that I need to remember. I haven't been asking a lot of questions in class, becuase I already have all of the material in my notes and worksheets.
In which ways do you feel like you have made progress toward achieving your goal? Explain.
I feel like I have made a progress toward acheiving my goal because I got a way better test grade, than my previous tests but I thought some of the test questions were tricky.

Adult:
Which of the steps in your action plan have you been doing? Which ones haven’t you been doing? Why? In which ways do you feel like you have made progress toward achieving
your goal? Explain. Claire has spent more time studying for the last test. She seems to be well prepared based on the study guide but gets a little confused on how the questions are worded on the test. She continues to need to ask more questions in class if she doesn't understand something or needs clarification.
