Goal:To complete my work and get it in on time.
Action Plan: To complete my work and get it in on time.

1. I will write all of my homework in my planner at the end of each class.

2. I will use my planner to pack my backpack at the end of each day.
3. I will compare the wiki to my planner to make sure I have all homework listed.
4. I will make sure I start my homework right away on soccer nights.
5. I will place my homework back into my backpack as soon as I finish an assignment.
6. I will use the wiki to double check and make sure everything is completed.
7. I will make sure I take all materials to class.

Which of the steps in your action plan have you been doing? Which ones haven’t you been doing? Why? In which ways do you feel like you have made progress toward achieving your goal? Explain: I have been doing #1,2,4,5 and 7. I have made lots of progress since from the beginning of the year.I think I still need to work on my checking my work to know that is completed.

Andrew has made lots of progress since the beginning of the year by turning in work on time. Andrew also needs to work on checking that his work is completed the night before he needs to turn it in.
